  Mr. Cox has served as President of Bio-Quant since January 2008 and prior to December 2009 served as a member of the Board of Directors of Bio-Quant starting in January 2007. He served as Acting President from January 2007 to January 2008. He served as a director of TomCo Energy which later went public on the London AIM exchange (TOM:L) and acted as a Financial Consultant for US Silver Corporation (USA.TSX) preceding and through its successful listing on the Toronto exchange. He has strong experience in finance and strategic business planning for pre-IPO companies. Mr. Cox holds a Masters of Science in Business from the University of Florida.
