  Mr. Cox has been the President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since January, 2007. He brings extensive experience in finance and strategic business planning for pre-IPO companies. Mr. Cox has served as an Officer and/or Director of several early-stage and publically traded companies including TomCo Energy (TOM:L) and Pangea Pictures Corporation. He also acted as a Business Strategist and Consultant for several companies such as Tequesta Marine Biosciences. Mr. Cox holds a Masters of Science in Business from the University of Florida.
