  Dr. Clark Franklin Springate, MD, Ph.D. Dr, Springate is a highly accomplished professional with expertise in directing medical, scientific, regulatory operations for development of small molecules, biologics and medical devices. Vast experience in the design and management of clinical programs from patient selection to product launch. His areas of expertise include oncology, CNS, GI, rheumatology, HIV/Infectious Diseases, Immunology, Anti-Inflammatory and dermatological diseases. Previously held positions include Medical Director of Oncology at the Beardsworth Consulting Group, Chief Medical Officer of Glycogenesys, Director of New Britain General Hospital, VP of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at the National Medical Research Corportation and VP of Scicor. Dr. Springate hold a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Boston College and an MD from the University of Miami School of Medicine.
